Sinoright successfully hosted our August kickoff meeting and inaugural AI Application Competition on August 6th.
The event began with Sales Manager Lange's July performance review. Through collective efforts-especially colleagues who secured new contracts until the final day of July-our company achieved 94.4% year-over-year growth. This outstanding result reflects our teamwork between veteran and new employees, laying solid foundation for achieving August targets, quarterly goals, and annual objectives.
Manager Lange also identified improvement areas and announced new corporate initiatives. After setting August targets based on team submissions, he concluded with an inspiring keynote about maintaining "Passion" in both work and life.
Following the kickoff, host Cui officially commenced "Sinoright's First AI Application Competition." Teams first presented their names and slogans with great enthusiasm. For the main competition, each team had prepared creative promotional videos-ranging from wildly imaginative to humorously entertaining-showcasing their unique styles. Team Wolf Warrior (led by Director Jacky) started first and demonstrated AI tools for task completion, and other teams followed closely behind. Each team identified workflow pain points and explained how AI tools improved efficiency.
After intense voting, results were:

Champion Team: Team Rocket
Runner-up: Finance Department
Third Place: Team Burning Charge & Operations Department (tie)
Innovation Star: Lucas
General Manager Harry Du and special guest Teacher Guan presented awards. Teacher Guan praised teams' creativity and preparation, urging practical implementation of these AI tools beyond the competition. GM Du emphasized AI's growing role in business operations, encouraging all to maintain passion while embracing technological advancement.
The event concluded with birthday celebrations for August-born colleagues, featuring cake-cutting and joyful fellowship.
